Fanver.io provides technical infrastructure that enables users to upload, store, share, and make files available for download.
Files made available through Fanver.io are generally uploaded by users and are not created or published by Fanver.io.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the content they upload, store, or share complies with applicable law and does not infringe the rights of third parties.
Fanver.io does not generally review all user-uploaded files before they are stored or made available.
Where we obtain knowledge of potentially illegal content or receive a sufficiently substantiated report, we may review the relevant content and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law, our Terms of Use, and our Digital Services Act procedures.

9. Reporting Illegal Content
If you believe that content hosted through Fanver.io is illegal, you may submit a notice to:

Submitting a notice does not automatically result in removal of the reported content. Reports are reviewed in accordance with applicable law and our Digital Services Act procedures.
10. Actions Against Illegal Content
Where we determine that content violates applicable law or our Terms of Use, we may take appropriate measures, including:
disabling access to a file;
disabling a sharing or download link;
removing content;
restricting account functionality;
suspending an account;
terminating an account in cases of serious or repeated violations;
preserving relevant information where legally required;
cooperating with competent authorities where required by law.
Where required by applicable law, affected users will be informed about relevant moderation decisions and available means of redress.
