Depending on the circumstances, we may request additional information where necessary to properly assess the report.

When we receive a sufficiently precise and adequately substantiated report, we will assess the reported content and take appropriate action where necessary.

Depending on the circumstances, such action may include:

restricting access to the content;

removing the content;

suspending or terminating the responsible user account;

preserving relevant information where legally required;

cooperating with competent authorities where required by law.

Reports will be processed in a timely, diligent, objective, and non-arbitrary manner.

Submitting a report does not automatically result in the removal of the reported content. We will consider the information provided, the applicable law, and the rights and legitimate interests of all affected parties.

Information About Our Decisions

Where required by applicable law, affected users will be informed when Fanver.io removes content, disables access to content, restricts its visibility, suspends an account, or takes another relevant moderation action.

Where applicable, we will provide information about the reasons for our decision and available options to contest that decision.

Misuse of Fanver.io
