This page provides information about our contact points, notice-and-action mechanism, handling of illegal content, and content moderation practices in connection with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, the Digital Services Act ("DSA").
1. DSA Contact Point for Authorities
In accordance with Article 11 DSA, competent authorities of EU Member States, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services may contact Fanver electronically at:

2. Contact Point for Users
Users and other recipients of the Fanver service may contact us regarding DSA-related matters, content moderation, account restrictions, illegal content, or other concerns at:

This contact channel is monitored by or on behalf of Fanver and does not rely exclusively on automated communication.
3. Notice-and-Action Mechanism for Illegal Content
If you believe that a file, image, video, download, sharing link, or other content available through Fanver is illegal, you may notify us electronically at:
Reports should be sufficiently precise and adequately substantiated so that we can identify and assess the content concerned.
Where possible, please provide:
a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why you consider the content to be illegal;
the exact Fanver URL, sharing link, download link, or other electronic location of the content;
any additional information necessary to identify the affected file or content;
your name and email address, except where an exception under applicable law applies;
a statement confirming your good-faith belief that the information and allegations contained in the notice are accurate and complete;
supporting information or evidence where relevant.
For certain reports concerning offences covered by Articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU, including certain offences involving the sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of children, Article 16(2)(c) DSA provides an exception to the general requirement to provide the notifier's name and email address.
You do not need to be the owner of the content in order to report potentially illegal content.
4. Confirmation and Outcome of Reports
Where a report contains electronic contact information, we will send confirmation of receipt without undue delay.
We will assess sufficiently precise and adequately substantiated notices in a timely, diligent, objective, and non-arbitrary manner.
After assessing a notice, we may decide to:
remove the content;
disable access to the content;
disable a sharing or download link;
restrict access to the content;
take action against the associated account;
preserve content where legally required;
request additional information;
determine that no action is required.
Where required by the DSA, the person or entity submitting the notice will be informed without undue delay of our decision regarding the reported content and of available possibilities for redress.
Submitting a report does not automatically result in removal of the reported content.
We consider the information provided, applicable law, our Terms of Use, the circumstances of the individual case, and the rights and legitimate interests of affected persons.
5. Lawful Adult Content
Fanver is intended exclusively for users who are at least 18 years old.
Fanver may be used to store and share lawful content involving adults, including lawful nude, intimate, or sexually explicit images or videos.
Such content is not prohibited merely because it contains nudity or adult sexual material.
However, users must have all rights, permissions, authorizations, and consents required by applicable law.
In particular:
every person depicted in sexual or sexually explicit content must be at least 18 years old;
the uploader must be legally entitled to possess the content;
the uploader must be legally entitled to upload and store the content;
the uploader must have the necessary rights to share or distribute the content;
all legally required consents must exist;
the content must not otherwise violate applicable law or our Terms of Use.
Consent to the creation of intimate material does not necessarily constitute consent to its publication or distribution.
6. Child Sexual Abuse and Sexual Content Involving Minors
Fanver has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material ("CSAM") or sexual exploitation of minors.
It is strictly prohibited to upload, store, share, distribute, request, promote, or otherwise make available:
child sexual abuse material;
sexual or sexually explicit content involving anyone under the age of 18;
sexualized depictions of minors;
content exploiting or facilitating the sexual exploitation of children;
content whose possession or distribution constitutes an offence relating to child sexual abuse or exploitation.
If the age of a person depicted in sexual content cannot reasonably be established as being at least 18 years old, the content must not be uploaded to Fanver.
Where we become aware of suspected CSAM or sexual exploitation of minors, we may immediately restrict or remove the relevant content and suspend or terminate associated accounts.
Where required by applicable law, we may also preserve relevant information and report suspected criminal conduct to competent law enforcement or judicial authorities.
7. Non-Consensual Intimate Content
Fanver prohibits non-consensual intimate content.
This includes, where unlawful or unauthorized:
revenge pornography;
intimate images or videos distributed without the consent required by law;
secretly recorded intimate or sexual material;
sexually explicit material shared without necessary authorization;
intimate material used for harassment, blackmail, extortion, or abuse.
Persons depicted in content who believe intimate material has been shared without their consent may report it to:

8. AI-Generated and Manipulated Intimate Content
Fanver does not permit unlawful non-consensual sexual deepfakes or similar manipulated intimate material.
This may include AI-generated, digitally manipulated, or synthetic sexual or intimate depictions of identifiable real persons where their creation, possession, publication, or distribution violates applicable law or the rights of the person depicted.
Such content may be reported through our illegal-content reporting process.
9. Examples of Other Prohibited or Illegal Content
Fanver must not be used to store, distribute, or make available illegal content.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, prohibited or illegal content may include:
content unlawfully infringing copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights;
malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or malicious software;
phishing pages or credential theft tools;
content facilitating fraud, scams, or identity theft;
illegal terrorist content;
unlawful threats or extortion;
stolen personal, financial, authentication, or confidential information;
content unlawfully violating another person's privacy, data protection rights, or personality rights;
content whose possession, storage, publication, or distribution is prohibited by applicable law.

Content may also be restricted or removed where it violates our Terms of Use, even where the content is not necessarily illegal.
10. Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints
Copyright holders and other rights holders may report allegedly infringing content to:

identification of the protected work or right;
the exact Fanver URL or sharing/download link;
an explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorized;
information demonstrating your relationship to the protected work or right where relevant;
your contact information.
We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to assess the complaint.
11. Privacy and Personal Rights Complaints
If content available through Fanver unlawfully infringes your:
privacy;
personal rights;
data protection rights;
right to your image;
confidentiality rights;
other legally protected interests;
you may report the content to:

12. Processing of Reports
Reports are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
We aim to process reports in a timely, diligent, objective, proportionate, and non-arbitrary manner.
Depending on the circumstances, our assessment may consider:
the information contained in the report;
the specific content concerned;
applicable EU law;
applicable national law;
our Terms of Use;
the rights of the uploader;
the rights of persons depicted or affected;
intellectual property rights;
privacy and data protection rights;
freedom of expression and information;
the seriousness and urgency of the alleged violation.
Where necessary, we may request additional information before reaching a decision.
13. Measures We May Take
Where content is illegal or violates our Terms of Use, or where another valid basis for intervention exists, Fanver may take measures including:
restricting access to specific content;
disabling sharing links;
disabling download links;
removing files;
restricting account functionality;
restricting monetization or payments where applicable;
temporarily suspending an account;
permanently terminating an account;
taking technical measures against repeated abuse;
preserving information where legally required.
Measures will be selected according to the circumstances of the individual case and applicable law.
Certain particularly serious violations, including suspected CSAM, may result in immediate restriction or termination without prior notice where legally permitted or required.
14. Information About Moderation Decisions
Where required under Article 17 DSA, Fanver will provide affected users with a clear and specific statement of reasons when we impose relevant restrictions because User Content is considered illegal or incompatible with our Terms of Use.
Depending on the circumstances, this information may include:
the type of restriction imposed;
the facts and circumstances on which the decision was based;
whether the action resulted from a user report, authority request, or our own investigation;
information about automated means used in the decision, where applicable;
the relevant legal basis where content is considered illegal;
the relevant provision of our Terms of Use where the decision is based on a Terms violation;
information about available possibilities for redress.
We may withhold information where disclosure is prohibited by law or would compromise legitimate law enforcement, security, abuse-prevention, or other protected interests.
15. Automated Tools and Human Review
Fanver may use technical or automated tools for purposes including:
spam detection;
malware detection;
fraud prevention;
account security;
infrastructure protection;
abuse detection.
The use of automated technical tools does not necessarily mean that final content moderation decisions are made exclusively by automated means.
Where automated means are used to process or decide a notice submitted under the DSA, information about such use will be provided where required by applicable law.
16. No General Monitoring of All User Files
Fanver does not generally pre-screen every file uploaded by every user before it is stored.
The DSA does not impose a general obligation on hosting providers to monitor all information stored on behalf of users or actively search for circumstances indicating illegal activity.
This does not prevent Fanver from taking voluntary measures to detect and address abuse or from acting when we receive reports, become aware of illegal content, identify security risks, or are otherwise legally required to intervene.
17. Cooperation With Authorities
Fanver cooperates with competent authorities where required by applicable law.
Legally valid orders concerning illegal content or requests for information will be processed in accordance with the DSA and other applicable legal requirements.
Where Fanver receives a legally valid order to act against specific illegal content or provide specific information, we will process the order in accordance with applicable law.
18. Suspected Serious Criminal Offences
Where Fanver becomes aware of information giving rise to a suspicion that a criminal offence involving a threat to the life or safety of one or more persons has taken place, is taking place, or is likely to take place, we may be legally required to promptly inform the competent law enforcement or judicial authorities.
This may include, depending on the circumstances, serious offences involving:
child sexual abuse or exploitation;
trafficking in human beings;
terrorism;
credible threats to life or physical safety;
other criminal offences covered by Article 18 DSA.
Relevant information available to us may be provided to competent authorities where required by law.
19. Repeated Violations and Abuse
Fanver may take appropriate action against users who repeatedly:
upload illegal content;
distribute prohibited content;
violate our Terms of Use;
abuse Fanver's infrastructure or reporting systems.
Depending on the circumstances, measures may include warnings, temporary restrictions, suspension, or termination.
Where applicable under the DSA, we may also take appropriate measures in response to repeated submission of manifestly unfounded notices or complaints.
Any such measures will be assessed taking into account the circumstances of the individual case and applicable legal requirements.
20. Right to Contest Decisions
Where applicable, users affected by a content moderation or account decision may contact us to contest the decision:

any relevant supporting information.
We will review sufficiently substantiated requests in accordance with applicable law.
Additional statutory judicial or out-of-court remedies remain unaffected.
21. Data Protection in Connection With Reports
Reports of illegal or infringing content may contain personal data relating to:
the reporting person;
the uploader;
persons depicted in the reported content;
rights holders;
other affected persons.

Personal data is disclosed to third parties or authorities only where there is an applicable legal basis or legal obligation.

changes to Fanver's functionality;
changes to our content moderation procedures;
changes to our reporting mechanisms;
